Welcome to the professional program!

now that you know how to jab, straight and hook, you will now learn the uppercut. You use the same pivoting as the straight and how, except, you position your hand by your waist and swing up as you pivot.

Training routine:
50 sit-ups - 3 sets
30 push-ups - 3 sets
20km run - 1 set
bag work/shadow boxing (practice what you have learned)
