Welcome to the beginner program!
first step: establish a stance, for this it is based off your comfortability and strong hand. for example; my strong hand is my right, so my left foot goes in front and my head is looking over my left shoulder.
second step: learning how to jab. depending on your stance, your jab may be different, but, your jab hand is the hand of the foot that is infront of the other. For me it is my left as my left foot is the front most one.
Training routine:
10 sit-ups - 3 sets
5 push-ups - 3 sets
1km run - 2 sets
bag work/shadow boxing (practice your jab and get comfortable with your stance
